Women over 35 need support. Many have low self esteem issues and very little time to fix them. Having babies will do that to you as will holding down a career, running a household, taking care of aging parents not to mention keeping relationships on track. According to a "Motherhood Study*" of some 4500 Australian and NZ mothers currently being undertaken by Dr Angela Huntsman, a dismal 10% said they are happy with the way they look and their level of fitness. It seems body image issues are not just confined to the younger age groups. Are you really surprised girls? If we're honest with each other, I don't think so.
