Another Christmas break is almost here. Time to get holiday ready with a new pair of bathers (togs or swimmers), summer dress or kaftan! Those last minute pressies might be flashing red on your to-do list.
Once the Christmas holidays are here, we hope you get quality time to relax and spoil yourself; even just a little. It's been a big year, you deserve it.
If you are shopping with us over the summer break (and we hope that you do:) ) then here is a bit of info on when we'll be dispatching and when we'll be taking a very small break ourselves. If you're not up for a read, then just click the video link below. It's not polished but it's us and it's from the heart.
Opening Hours :: Whatever your need, being online, we'll be open every day so you can shop away whenever you get the chance.
Dispatching :: We will be dispatching right up until Christmas Eve and will only be dispatching for 2 days between Christmas and New Year. Much of what we do is dictated by Public Holidays and when Australia Post is running mail services.
So here is when we will be dispatching and when we will be closed over the holidays.
- 23rd December (Monday) - Dispatching
- 24th December (Christmas Eve) - Not Dispatching
- 25th December (Christmas Day) - Not Dispatching (Public Holiday - no post services)
- 26th December (Boxing Day) - Not Dispatching (Public Holiday - no post services)
- 27th December (Friday) - Not Dispatching; no mail services this day
- 28th December (Saturday) - Not Dispatching; no mail services this day
- 29th December (Sunday)- Not Dispatching; no mail services this day
- 30th December (Monday) - Limited Dispatching
- 31st December (Tuesday) - Dispatching, business as usual
- 1st January (Wednesday) - Not Dispatching (Public Holiday - no post services)
- 2nd January onwards - Dispatching, business as usual
If In Doubt - Send It Express :: If you are wanting something in a hurry or by a certain date over the holiday period, it's best to go Express. It's a busy time of year for Australia Post so it makes sense to expect possible delays. Keep expectations real and allow extra time when planning.
Once again, thanks for a fabulous year. We are so overwhelmed by the wonderful feedback we get weekly from you, our customers. Sometimes we don't get it right, be you can be guaranteed that we will always to our absolute best and whatever we can to get it right.
