Do I Need to Pay for Postage If I Return An Item?

This is a question we are asked a lot and it relates to Postage costs when Returning swimwear and resortwear. Today it came from Kim.

Q: "Please advise if I purchase a costume and I need to change it for another size am I going to be up for more postage costs?
Kim."

A:"No" Kim, you are not. We will pay for your return postage costs if you need to return an item because it's not right. We also pay for return postage if heaven forbid, the item is faulty. All you need to do is use our Reply Paid facility when you address your parcel.

Understanding that it can be tricky to get it right when you shop online (especially for swimwear and if you haven't shopped online before) we've offered Free Returns for years now and will continue to do so. It's important that you have that peace of mind.
